SHIPPING & TRACKING

Because each product is handmade to order, please allow 7 business days for processing and delivery.

All orders are shipped for FREE within the continental US via USPS.  Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

 

SALES TAX

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped from the State of Illinois

 

ORDER STATUS

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email which includes a link to access your order status page.  From the order status page you are able to:

  • check the status of your shipment 
  • re-order products
  • see real-time updates on the location of your shipment 

 

EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges.

 

RETURNS

We hope you fall in love with your piece of Kaike. If that's not the case, we will do all we can to turn that frown upside down.

For any issues related to your order, or for any product that arrives to you damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order for instructions on returning your product and receiving a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs in returning your product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable), less any applied discounts, will be deducted from your refund

When returning your product(s), please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
