Because each product is handmade to order, please allow between 2-5 business days for processing.
All orders over $50 are eligible for FREE shipping within the continental US via USPS. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped from the State of Illinois
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email which includes a link to access your order status page. From the order status page you are able to:
- check the status of your shipment
- re-order products
- see real-time updates on the location of your shipment
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you didn’t love a KAIKE product for any reason, please email us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line, and we’ll issue a replacement or full refund for returns requested within 30 days. While we're happy to refund or replace your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges.
