I've placed my order. Now what?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow 2-5 days for processing of your order.
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation, which includes a link to access your order status page. From the order status page you are able to:
• Check the status of your shipment
• Re-order products
• See real-time updates on the location of your shipment
Is shipping included in my order?
All orders over $50 are eligible for FREE shipping within the continental US via USPS.
Do you ship outside the U.S?
At this time, we only ship within the continental US.
What do I do if I never receive my package?
Your tracking number will provide a date of delivery. If your order is not received within a day or two of your estimated delivery date, please contact us so that we may investigate. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, however, we will work diligently resolve any issues we can.
What if my package comes damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders placed and shipped to an address within the state of Illinois will be charged 7% sales tax.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Can I exchange my order?
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges.
Does KAIKE accept returns?
We hope you fall in love with your piece of KAIKE. If that's not the case, we will do all we can to turn that frown upside down.
For any issues related to your order, or for any product that arrives to you damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your order for instructions on returning your product.
You will be responsible for paying any return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable), less any applied discounts, will be deducted from your refund
When returning your product(s), please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
