Do you ship outside the U.S?

At this time, we only ship to the continental US.

Do you provide tracking for packages?

Absolutely.  Every package will have a tracking number. Once payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order, then another email with tracking information once your items have shipped.

What do I do if I never receive my package?

Your tracking number will provide a date of delivery. If your order is not received within a day or two of your estimated delivery date, please contact us so that we may investigate. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, however we will work diligently resolve any issues we can.

What if my package comes damaged?

If your package arrived to you damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@shopkaike.com.  The shipping carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package, and your order will be replaced.  

Will I be charged sales tax? 

Orders placed and shipped within the state of Illinois will be charged 7% sales tax.
